Tenant Improvement
G&G Systems has been involved in construction of some of the Strip’s most cutting edge theaters, including the Michael Jackson Theater for Cirque du Soleil, Phantom of the Opera, and Lion King theaters. Our Tenant Improvement work also includes retail stores such as Tory Burch, Dolce & Gabbana, and Fendi, as well as restaurants such as Smith & Wollensky, Sushi Samba, and Carbone. Other completed projects include Hyde Lounge, Tao Nightclub, Nikki Beach Nightclub, Veer Penthouse Suites, MGM Skylofts, and pool projects such as Cosmopolitan Pool Deck, Palazzo Pool Deck, Encore Beach Club, Moorea Beach Club, and Wet Republic. We are experienced in performing electrical work on all types of Tenant Improvement projects and coordinating with owners and entities both local and international.

With a wealth of experience constructing mega-resorts up and down the Las Vegas Strip since 1985 we have the knowledge, manpower, and expertise to successfully complete large projects. We understand the importance of completing projects of this magnitude on time for a successful opening, we work diligently to remedy and prevent issues that delay your projects. Notable projects include the Crystals Mall at City Center, Palazzo Tower and Podium, McCarran International Airport Terminal 3, Cosmopolitan Pool Deck and Hyatt Regency at Lake Las Vegas.

At G&G Systems, no project is too small and every customer is important. Whether it’s a single receptacle or a medium voltage transformer replacement, we are ready and willing to assist our customers with their immediate electrical needs. We offer in house design build service on small and medium size projects and work in design assist with local prominent electrical engineers for larger needs. Should an electrical emergency occur after normal business hours, our 24-hour answering service will get you in touch with a Project Manager or service electrician in a timely manner. We pride ourselves in providing responsive service that meets your needs the first time.
